This policy outlines our approach to claims of copyright infringement in connection with egent3.com (the "Site") and our Services, consistent with the principles of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). 4. Our Response
Upon receipt of a notice that we determine, in our discretion, to be valid and reasonably sufficient, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take other action we consider appropriate. We may also forward the notice to any party responsible for the material.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted or provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. We may, in our discretion, restore the material in accordance with applicable law.
6. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or Services for users or clients who are determined to be repeat infringers.
